I was supposed to update daily for this challenge but after day 3 I felt like it was gonna be too mundane. So I waited until day 10 to post an update, to show the end-result. Unfortunately, sugar and flour beat me on day 7.
Guess I should have kept it in mind when I set the plan for the diet challenge, that in between was my youngest son’s birthday. Obviously birthday means a cake. I could have opted not to take a bite but silly me, I ordered a large cake and it was sooo delicious I could not resist!

I did hold back, just had a small piece per day. Yeap.. per day lol.
With the sweetness took over, I considered the challenge to end by 7th day. However, I still continue to maintain a strong hold for flour and more added sugar temptation until the very end.
Here is my result:
The scale wise, it’s stuck. It moved down a bit but then returned to what it was at the beginning. My body measurement tho, was a different case. I would say, they are so encouraging and make me feel good.
I started with:
Waist line: 77cm
Hips: 105cm
Chest: 87cm
Thigh: 67cm
On the 10th day, I ended up with:
Waist line: 73cm
Hips: 104cm
Chest: 86cm
Thigh: 59cm
I am pretty happy with the result but I still want my number on the scale to go down.

With that being said, my calorie deficit journey will still carry on until December this year. I am planning to reduce my workout routine to 3 – 4 days a week and gonna review it after a month or so.
